根据天门山索道提质改造工程和下站综合体项目的建设需要，为全面展开项目建设施工，同时保障景区正常运营，自2026年10月13日起，天门山索道城区下站至中站段停止载客运行；届时，天门山索道全线停运，景区仅开放双程索道C线游览交通路线，停售A、B线游览套票，并继续停售单程索道1、2线游览套票。

C线游览交通路线不变，具体路线为：

自山门检票进山——乘天门洞快线索道上行至天门洞游览——自天门洞后乘7级穿山自动扶梯上山顶——游览山顶各景点——再乘7级穿山自动扶梯返回天门洞——乘天门洞快线索道下山至山门出景区。

备注：双程索道C线游览套票票价不变，双程索道C线票包含上述游览路线所列交通项目，不包含登天门扶梯（下段扶梯）上行单程，登天门扶梯（下段扶梯）上行正常收费，旅行社团队的优惠减免按既往政策执行，游客下山时，登天门扶梯（下段扶梯）下行不收费，所有游客免费通行。

自2026年10月13日起，售票时间调整为早上7点30分至下午16点，载客运营时间为8点开始。此期间，天门山索道下站至山门的往返摆渡车继续正常运营。天门山索道下站继续保留团队、散客售票窗口及客服咨询窗口。

To travel businesses:

To support the Tianmen Mountain cableway upgrade and the construction of the lower-station complex, and to allow construction to proceed while maintaining normal scenic-area operations, passenger service on the Tianmen Mountain cableway between the downtown lower station and the middle station will stop from 13 October 2026. The entire Tianmen Mountain cableway will then cease operation. Only the round-trip cableway Route C visitor transport route will remain open. Sales of Route A and B combined tickets will stop, and the suspension of sales for one-way cableway Route 1 and 2 combined tickets will continue.

The Route C visitor transport route remains unchanged, as follows:

Enter through the mountain gate after ticket inspection → take the Tianmen Cave Express Cableway uphill to visit Tianmen Cave → take the seven sections of escalators through the mountain behind Tianmen Cave to the summit → visit the summit sights → take the seven sections of escalators back to Tianmen Cave → take the Tianmen Cave Express Cableway downhill to the mountain gate and exit.

Note: The round-trip cableway Route C combined-ticket price remains unchanged. It includes the transport listed in the itinerary above, but excludes a one-way uphill ride on the Dengtianmen escalator (the lower escalator section). The normal fare applies to uphill rides on the lower escalator, and existing discounts and exemptions for travel-agency groups remain in effect. Downhill rides on the lower escalator are free for all visitors.

From 13 October 2026, ticket-sales hours will change to 07:30–16:00, and passenger operations will start at 08:00. During this period, the return shuttle between the Tianmen Mountain cableway lower station and the mountain gate will continue operating normally. Group and individual ticket counters and the customer-service counter at the lower station will also remain open.
